Summer is still in full-swing! I’m not yet ready to pull out the crock-pot and cozy up by the fireplace. I plan to enjoy these last few weeks in style!
Speaking of style, this summer I focused on getting to know white wines from around the globe. In every visit to the grocery store or wine shop, I made an effort to try white wines from different countries. Some were amazing, others were okay, and a few…. let’s just say I’ll try anything once. But I had fun experimenting and walked away with a few new favorites.
Here’s my go-to list!
Vinho Verde

Style: Dry, light-bodied, acidic, low alcohol, semi-sparkling

Fiano
